Erik Swanson / Associate Pastor

Pastor Erik Swanson serves as the associate pastor, overseeing youth and family ministries, having moved here in 2007. He is a graduate of Covenant College (2002, B.A. in Philosophy) and Covenant Theological Seminary (2007, Master of Divinity). He and his wife Joy have two sons Nathan and Micah and live in Bloomfield. Erik’s favorite hobbies are reading, sports, and camping.

Andy and Katie Culp / Children’s Ministry Directors

Andy and Katie Culp serve as the Children’s Ministry Directors at Redeemer Montclair. Andy is a graduate of Messiah College (2002, B.A. in Elementary Education) and College of St. Elizabeth (2010, M.A. in Educational Leadership). Katie is a graduate of James Madison University (2004, B.A. in English). Andy taught elementary school for seven years before stepping into his current position at Eastern Christian Middle School as the Assistant Principal. Katie also taught first grade before having their two sons, Judah and Walter. The Culps enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, hiking and cycling.

Loretta DiQuattro / Administrative Assistant

Loretta DiQuattro serves as the administrative assistant to the pastors and congregation. She graduated from the Berkeley School with an executive secretarial degree. Loretta and her husband, Mark, live in Belleville with their youngest child, Danielle. Loretta and Mark also have 2 sons, David and Paul, 2 daughter-in-laws Rachel and Marianne, and 2 grandsons, Caleb and Micah. Loretta’s favorite past time is spending time with her family, reading and writing.
